Mom's Spinach Dip

Ingredients
1 10oz. pkg. of frozen chopped spinach1 can chopped water chestnuts1 bunch of scallions (green onions) chopped16 oz. Daisy Light Sour Cream1c. Kraft Light Mayo1 pkg. Knorr Swiss Leek Soup2 tsp.garlic powder1 round french bread (hollowed out for dip)2 baguettes cut for dipping
Directions
Microwave spinach on high for 6 min. and stir half way. Chop chestnuts if desired, chop scallions. Mix all ingredients well. Hollow out round french bread and pour dip inside. Keep the top for a lid and use the bread you take out to dip. cut baguettes for additional bread to dip. I can't give precise serving size cause it's a dip and I just don't know. This dip is great for parties. It's so good, and you can eat the bowl!!
