Mexican Dip

Ingredients

2 lbs lean ground beef or ground turkeytaco season 2 packs (low sodium)soften fat free cream cheese 8ozlow fat shredded cheese or mexican blendjar of your favorite salsa9x13 oven dishfoil to coverpan to cook the meat
Cook the ground beef or ground turkey in a pan on top of stove.
Drain out the fat and rinse the meat in hot water to get rid of all access oil.
Mix in the taco season in the as directions say on the pack.
As meat is cooking take the take the cream cheese and put at the bottom of the 9x13 pan.
When meat is ready put a layer on top of the cream cheese, then put a layer of salsa, and then a layer of shredded cheese. Keep layering until all is gone and make sure you have enough cheese to put on the top.
Baked in the oven for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
Let it cool for about 10 minutes and then you can serve baked tortilla chips.
