Ingredients
2 Tsp Vegetable Oils 2 Onions (Chopped)3 Cloves Garlic (Mb inced)1 lb lean ground beef3/4 lb beef sirloin (cubed)1 - 14 1/2 oz can diced tomatoes1 can dark beer1 cup strong coffee2 - 6oz cans tomato paste1 can beef broth1/2 cup brown sugar3 1/2 Tbs chili sauce1 Tbs cumin1 TBs cocoa1 Tsp oregano1 Tsp cayenne1 Tsp coriander1 Tsp salt4 - 15oz cans kidney beans (Drained)4 Chili Peppers (Chopped)
Directions
Makes 8 2-cup servings
Heat oil
cook onions, garlic, and meat until brown
add tomatoes, beer, coffee, tomato past, and beef broth
add spices, stir in 2 cans of kidney beans and peppers
reduce heat and simmer 1 1/2 hours
add 2 remaining cans of kidney beans and simmer for another 30 minutes
