Fruit Topper

Ingredients
you need 1 1/2 cups of frozen mixed berries, the sweetened. and about 1/4 cup of sugar.
Directions
Put all ingrediants in a sauce pan, and cook on medium heat for 15 minutes or so. You may want to add a sprinkle of flour to thicken the topper.

Its really yummy, and is also good on vanilla ice cream. its less fat and sugar than chocolate syrup :)
