Bran Loaf

Ingredients
Flour, white, 1.5 cupHigh Bran sticks cereal, 100 gramsRaisins, 1 cup (not packed)Milk, 2%, 0.3 cup Brown Sugar, 1 cup, unpackedBrewed (milkless) tea of choice, 1 cup (I used chai)Mixed spices 1tsp
Directions
Put everything in a big bowl and allow to soak for a couple of hours.

Put in oven at 180'c for 1hour, covering with foil midway, skewer test comes out clean.

Allow to cool to eat.
