Ingredients
1 cup Original Blue Diamond Almond Milk1 cup frozen, unsweetened tropical fruit mix2 tbsp ground flaxseed50 oz Soft or Silken Tofu (preferably organic)2 oz pear juice16 oz uncooked kale
Directions
Add milk, fruit, flax, tofu & juice first. Blend well. Add kale & blend on "liquify." Then add ice & blend.
