sugar free pumpkin pie

2 cups skim milk2 packages sugar free butterscotch pudding1 tsp pumpkin pie spice or add your spices2 cups canned pumpkin1 carton lite cool whipCRUST2 sheets low fat graham crackers2 Tbsp country crock margarine2 tbsp Splenda (may be left out or use sugar)
process graham crackers, add margarine and splenda. Place in bottom of pie plates.
Mix the milk, pudding mix, pumpkin, spices and whipped topping with electric mixer on low. Or fold in the whipped topping after mixing other ingredients.
Put in pie plates. Makes two pies
