mini low fat pumpkin spice muffins

Ingredients
2 cups flour1tsp cinnamon1 tsp nutmeg1tsp ground cloves4tsp pumpkin pie spice1tsp salt1tsp soda4 eggs2 cups sugar2 cups canned pumpkin1 cups unsweetened applesauce.25 cup veg oil.25 cup brown sugar
Directions
preheat to 350

mix all ingredients, except brown sugar

pour into 48 mini-size muffin tins (lined or sprayed with non-stick spray) filling each tin about half way.

Sprinkle each muffin with brown sugar

Bake for 14-17 minutes or until toothpick in center comes out clean
