Peaches and Cream Coffee Cake, 133 cal

Ingredients
3/4 cup flour1 tsp baking powder1/2 milk (Silk in calorie count)1/2 tsp low sodium salt1/4 cup egg product2 TBSP light margarine substitute1 can 14 ounce of sliced peaches in lite syrup1/4 cup of the peach juice1 eight ounce pack of neufchatel cheese1/2 cup Splenda
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray cooking spray on 8x8 inch pan. Beat together first 6 ingredients. Pour mixture into pan.

Place peach slices on top of cake mixture.

Beat together cream cheese, peach ice, and Splenda. Spread on top of mixture about 1 inch from sides. Mix together 1 TBSP Splenda and 1 TBSP cinnamon and sprinkle over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
