The Best Healthy Macaroni and Cheese EVER

2 tbsp light parmesan cheese60grams (about 2oz) Light Sour Cream2 oz Light Cottage Cheese2 oz grated low fat old cheddar50 grams or about 2 oz (about a 1/3-1/2 measuring cup) dry 100% whole wheat macaroni
Take the 50 grams or about 2 oz (about a 1/3-1/2 measuring cup) dry 100% whole wheat macaroni - cook to package instructions.
While macaroni is cooking in a microwaveable bowl/containter mix all the other ingredients until blended.
When macaroni is done, drain thoroughly and add to the cheese mixture.
Mix until even.
Microwave (or bake if you prefer in a non stick baking pan).
Voila!
