No cook low fat mini cheesecakes

6 tbsp Phillidelphia light cream cheese4 tsp Splenda6-8 strawberries (more if you want a thicker topping)6 -8 Digestive Biscuits
Put cream cheese in mixing bowl along with the Splenda and mix well. (you might not need all of the Splenda, use as much as you prefer)
Set biscuits on server and spread the cheesecake mix on top.
Blend the strawberries to a smooth paste and place a teaspoon of the paste on top. (You can add splenda to taste)
Depending on how thick you spread the mix you can make 6-8 mini cakes
