Cream Cheese Chicken Enchiladas

Ingredients
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast1 can tomatoes with green chilies1 can enchilada sauce1 cup diced bell pepper1 cup diced onion1 pkg fat free cream cheese8 flour tortillas1 cup shredded cheese
Directions
Roast and shred 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast
Saute bell peppers and onion, add tomatoes and chilies, add shredded chicken and cream cheese and heat until cream cheese is incorporated. Divide filling into 8 tortillas and roll. Place in 9x13 casserole dish. Top with cheese and bake at 350 degrees about 20 minutes.
