Peanut butter & Banana pancakes (glueten Free)

1 large banana, mashed3 Tablespoons Eggbeaters, white or 1 large egg1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract3 Tablespoons Agave nectar1/4 cup smooth peanut butter3/4 cup Silk pure Almond Milk1 1/2 Cups Red Mill Gluten Free Pancake Mixcooking spray
1. Mash banana, and add all liquid ingredients, blend well.
2. Add peanut butter and beat by hand to incorporate completely.
3. Stir in the Red Mill Pancake mix, and stir until all dry ingredients are thouroughly incorporated.
4. Spay pancake griddle with cooking spray. Spoon 1/4 cup full of batter onto hot griddle. Cook untill top bubbly.
5. Turn and cook until golden brown. Adjust the temperature as needed.
Makes 10 pancakes, (5 servings)
