1 Roma thin crust pizza shell1 half can of Hunts fire roasted tomatoes Diced, lightly pureed2 chicken thighs cut into strips & cook on griddle with light cooking spray & Cavender's All Purpose Greek seasoning, (light sprinkling) then cubed Feta cheese crumbles red fat Athenos half of 3.5oz pak1/4 c. of shredded mozzarella cheese Fresh if possible1/3 c. of diced raw onion1/4 of a medium zuchini half moon slices somewhat thin1/4 c. of shredded mozzarella cheese Fresh if possible1/4 of med tomatoe cut into thin half moon slicesgarlic powderoreganosalt and fresh ground pepperlight sprinkling of Cavender's Greek Seasoning
Directions
slightly baked shell for 2 minutes first so shell wouldn't get soggy from tomato sauce
Layer in the "INGREDIENT LIST" order given
baked on Pizza Pizzaz for 16-17 minutes
