Pamela's gluten free blueberry muffins

Ingredients
1 1/4 cups Pamela's Baking & Pancake Mix1/4 cup soy milk1/8 cup water1/4 cup sugar1/2 cup frozen blueberries1 egg1 tsp vanilla1/4 tsp almond extract
Directions
Mix all ingredients except blueberries together. Add blueberries last and only stir til moistened. Fill greased muffin tins 1/2 to 2/3 full. Bake at 350 degrees for 18-20 min. Yield 6-7 muffins.
