muffins - chocolate chip oatmeal whole wheat

Ingredients
1.25 cups quick cooking oats1.25 cups skim milk1 lrg egg whole0.5 cups unsweetened apple sauce0.5 cups packed brown sugar0.75 cups semisweet chocolate chips (I used Decadent by PC)1.25 cups whole wheat flour4 tsp baking powder0.5 tsp salt
Directions
1. Mix oats and milk and set aside
2. Mix wet ingredients well
3. Mix dry ingredients well
4. Mix all ingredients well with chocolate chips
5. Grease a 12 cup muffin tin
6. Bake at 400 for about 20 mins... do not over cook, test with a toothpick.
