Corn, sweet yellow, canned, cream style, 3 cansSweet potato 3 large 7-8 inches long raw choppedOnions, raw, 2 medium choppedGarlic, 4 tsp mincedPaprika, 2 tsp Coriander leaf, dried, 1 tsp cayenne pepper 2 tsp 100% Fat Free Chicken Broth 4cans, Smart Balance Buttery Spread, 2 tbsp
Chop onions in small pieces and peel and chop 3 Large maybe 7-8 inches long Raw Sweet Potatoes mince garlic then in a 6 qt. kettle add onions and butter and cook until they are just tender not burned add garlic and all the spices and cook for a few mins until you can really smell the spices then add chicken broth and sweet potatoes to the kettle and cook on med heat until potatoes are tender let stand a few mins and put all of this into your blender and blended until smooth you may need to make two batchs of this to the blender then return to kettle and add the creamed corn and bring back to a boil. remove from heat to cool before serving.
serve with whole wheat crakers and some non fat sour cream or cheese for a great meal anytime you want something spicy about 2 cups per serving
