1 large cantaloupe2/3 cup orange juice3 oz simple syrup (equal parts sugar and equal parts hot water)1 tbsp light corn syrup
Remove the cantaloupe flesh and chunk it up to puree.
Puree until smooth with the rest of the ingredients.
Chill two hours.
Put into an ice cream maker for 30 minutes or until reaches desirable consistency.
