Chon Yo Bin

Ingredients
2 cups of flour2 oz of green onion1 cupish of water
Directions
Mix all the ingredients together.
Roll out dough very flat and thin, fold over in half.
Roll again, dough very flat and thin, fold over in half.
Repeat 1-2 more times.
Cut the flattened dough into 6 pieces.

In an oiled cast iron pan, or on the grill, lay the dough flat and run a stick of butter over both sides, flip back and forth adding another layer of butter as preferred. Cook for 7 minutes, flipping about every minute and a half.
Take out and enjoy!
