Mel's Kitchen Chicken Noodle Stew

1 (8oz bag) "No Yolk" Egg White Noodles 1 Red Bell Pepper1/2 Onion3 Chicken Breasts 1 Can Corn1 Can Dark Red Kidney Beans1 Can French Cut Green Beans1 Medium sized Carrot (peeled & sliced)1 tsp Poultry seasoning1 Cup Brown Rice, medium grain (uncooked)1 tsp Salt1 tsp Pepper5 Cans Chicken Broth (10.75 oz)1 Large Potato (diced)2 TBSP's Vegetable Oil
1. In a large (4 Quart) sauce pan heat 2 TBSP's on med temp until hot.
2. Saute chicken & onion until chicken is browned.
3. Add Poultry seasonings, salt & half of the pepper.
4. Add every thing else (excluding the egg noodles).
5. Bring to a boil & then reduce heat & simmer for 2 hrs.
6. 12 minutes before the soup is done add the egg noodles & remaining pepper.
