Vegan-friendly Cranberry Pecan Salad

Ingredients
3 cups fresh cranberries1 orange (skinned and seeded)1 golden delicious apple (cored)1/2 of one pineapple fruit (cored and skinned)2 cups pecans
Directions
Put all ingredients except pecans into a food processor. Puree until fully chopped. Stir in pecans and pulse until they are a size and consistency you like (these are for taste and texture).

Makes about 6 cups. Serving equals roughly 1/2 cup.
