Cheeseburger with Bacon Bits

Ingredients
1 lb lean ground beef7 grams Hormel real bacon bits1/2 cup bread crumbs (plain1 large egg1/4 white flour1 tbsp garlic powder7 potato buns7 tsp mustard7 slices american cheese*add any additional toppings
Directions
Mix ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, garlic powder, and bacon bits. Round ground beef into 7 evenly shaped patties. Lightly cover the patties with flour (this will give a crisp outside and seal the juices inside). Heat on stove on medium to medium high heat. Cook and cover for 4-5 minutes then flip and repeat. Flip again if needed. Place cooked burger on plate with napkins to remove extra grease. Place on potato bun and add toppings if necessary
