Libbys 100% Pure Pumpkin, 15 oz canEgg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 4 fl oz (= 2 large eggs)Brown Sugar, .75 cup, packedCinnamon, ground, 1 tsp Pumpkin Pie spice, 1 tsp Pie Crust 9" Deep Dish, Pillsbury Carnation Evaporated Milk Fat Free, 12 oz
Mix all ingredients (except the crust) until smooth, pour into crust and cook at 425 degrees for 15 mins, then 350 degress for 40-60 mins. Start checking on pie at the 40 min mark. Toothpick should come out clear w/ minimal bits.
