Pumpkin white chocolate chip cookies

Ingredients
1/2 C Sugar1/2 C Brown Sugar, packed1 C Butter (unsalted)1C Pumpkin1 Egg1 Tsp Vanilla2 C Flour1 tsp Baking Powder1 tsp Baking Soda1 tsp Cinnamon1/2 tsp Salt2 C White Chocolate Chips
Directions
Preheat oven to 350.

Cream butter and sugars together until well combined and creamy. Add Pumpkin, egg, and vanilla. In a seperate bowl combine all dry ingredients and slowly incorporate into the wet ingredients. Beat until well combined and then stir in chocolate chips.

Baked on parchment lined cookie sheet for 12 minutes. Theses cookies do not brown on top, they make show just a little brown around the bottom edges. The cookie should spring back if when touched. Allow cookies to cool, and store with parchment or waxed paper between the layers. (If you don't, they will stick together.)
