Mash potatos, breading & picadillo for filling.
Directions
make mashpotatos, cup in your hand, fill with picadillo, cover with more mash potatos. Tighten the ball and refridgerate so its cool. Remove and coat lightly in egg then roll in brad crumbs, cool again, fry.
