3 8 oz bricks phila cream cheese 1 C. plus 2 Tbsp. granulated sugar4 large eggs1 Tbsp vanilla1/4 C.grand marnier1 tsp.salt1 pint sour cream1 stck salted butter 1 box lorna doone cookies12 oz mini chocolate chips
pre heat oven to 350 process cookies to fine crumbs and mix with stick of melted butter and form in bottom and sides of 10 inch springform pan. bake for 10 mins.
Mix 3 bricks cream cheese with salt , 1 cup sugar and 4 eggs until smooth. Add in vanilla , grand marnier , mini chocolate chips and fold together. Pour into baked crust and bake for 40 to 50 mins until top is golden and center is slightly jiggly. Let sit for 10 mins.
Mix 16 oz of sour cream with 2 tbsp sugar and spread on top of cheesecake. turn oven up to 450 and bake an additional 5-7 mins.
Chill for at least 6 hours before serving.
