quick chicken salad spread

Ingredients
4 ounces bonless skinless chicken breast cubed (4ounces)4 medium eggs boiled use egg whites only 2 dill spear pickles chopped1-tbsp celery chopped1-tbsp onion chopped2-tbsp of fat free mayo2 slices nature own 100 % wheat bread or extra fiber nature own bread (100% whole wheat)a few dashes of pepper and garlic to to taste
Directions
thaw chicken breast in microwave for about 6 mins mean while put hot water in a small pot put eggs in it boil about 10 mins...after chicken breast is thawed cut up in small cubes heat skillet with non cooking spray about 4 sprays fry cubed chicken for about 10 mins on low heat when no longer pink set aside in small bowl chop onions,celery,and pickles add all ingredients add mayo stir...spread over bread and enjoy
