chicken soup (very fast!)

Ingredients
mixed vegetables, froze (350 grams pack); 2 chicken drumsticks (bones and skin removed); 0.5 cup rice , long-grain (preferably brown, but i added white rice b/c that's what i have in the house); dill and parsley; a dash of salt; 6 cups of water
Directions
in a pan, put abt 6 cups of water to boil. when it boils add the vegetables (defrosted), the chicken drumstick cut into bite-size cubes, and the rice, along wt a dash of salt. let it boil for abt 15 min (that's how much it takes for the rice to boil and is enough for the rest of the ingredients as well). add the herbs. makes 3 huge bowls (or if you want 6 smaller ones).
