Low Carb Salmon Cakes

Ingredients
1 16-oz can salmon, drained1 large egg1/2 c grated parmesan cheese1 tsp black pepper1 tsp. dried dill1 Tbsp peanut oilCooking Spray
Directions
Drain the salmon and remove bones. Add egg, cheese, pepper, and dill. Place a pan on the stovetop and spray with cooking spray. Place 1 Tbsp of peanut oil in pan and heat to medium high. Shape salmon mixture into 4 or 8 patties and cook on each side 5-8 minutes until done.
Servings: 4 (1 large patty or 2 smaller patties)
