Ingredients
16 oz frozen cauliflower8oz low fat cream cheese8 oz low fat cheddar cheese grated1 T dried chives6 green onions choppedsaltpepper3 strips of morningstar farms veggie bacon cooked and crumbledpaprika
Directions
Cook the cauliflower according to the directions and drain well. Break up the florets a little with a spoon. Mix with the other ingredients except the paprika. Put in a greased casserole dish and top with the paprika. Bake for 30 minutes.
