Chai Bread Loaf

Ingredients
1/3 cup(s) water1 tea bag of your favorite tea (black tea)3 cup(s) all-purpose flour1/2 teaspoon of ground ginger1/2 teaspoon of ground Cardamon1/2 teaspoon ground cloves1 teaspoon baking powder1/2 teaspoon baking soda1/2 teaspoon salt3/4 cup vanilla low-fat yogurt1 cup of applesauce (or butter for full fat)1 cup granulated splenda1 cup packed light brown sugar5 egg whites
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 350F, grease 5 (small) loaf pans.

Heat 1/3 cup of water in microwave for 1.5 mninutes. Steep tea bag.

Combine dry ingredients in large bowl. Flour, ginger, cloves, cardamon, baking powder, baking soda, salt, splenda, and sugar.

Combine wet ingredients, yogurt, applesauce, and egg whites in a smaller bowl and mix.

Gradually mix wet ingredients with the dry in the large bowl. Pour into baking pans.

Makes 5 small loaves.
Bake at 350F for 30-35 minutes
