Gorgonza cheese stuffed Meatloaf

Ingredients
2 lbs Lean ground beef1 egg2 Tbsp A-1 or Worcestershire sauce1/2 C Panko bread crumbs1/2 tsp oregano1.2 tsp parsley1/2 tsp paprika1/8 tsp each - Salt & pepper1/2 C finely chopped Red Onion1 clove garlic finely chopped1 C tomato sauce - seperated in half3 oz to 1/2 C Gorganzola cheese
Directions
In a large bowl, Mix together first 10 ingredients with hands. Seperate Sauce into 2 1/2 cup servings. Mix 1/2 C tomato sauce into mixture. Place 1/2 of the meat mixture into a bread loaf pan. Sprinkle in cheese, top with remaining meat mixture. Top with remaining tomato sauce. Bake at 350 F for 1 hour.
