Applesauce Pancakes

Ingredients
2 C. Whole wheat flour2 large eggs2 T baking powder2 t salt2 T sugar in the raw2 C. unsweetened applesauce1.5 C. 2% Milk
Directions
Mix all ingredients together until blended and lumpy. Take a ladel and pour pancakes onto a hot griddle. When the top is all bubbly, flip the pancake. Once cooked, serve alone or with syrup. This makes approximately 18 pancakes and a serving in this recipe is 3 pancakes.
