banana granola

Ingredients
3 c oats.25 c wheat germ.25 c flax mealmashed banana (at least 1 extra large or equivalent).25 c honey.25 c walnuts
Directions
mix dry ingredients
add wet ingredients
stir to coat
spread on greased pan, bake at 350 stirring occasionally, until desired doneness (it took me 40 mins to get everything nice and crunchy)

serving = .5 c
makes 10

    Baked this up today. Delicious!! I added 1/4 c of sunflower seeds and 1 tsp of cinnamon. Can't wait to try other combos. This granola is awesome for being made with no added fat. - 3/22/12
