1 package (8 ounces) fat free cream cheese, softened2 cups confectioners' sugar1 cup canned pumpkin (15 ounces)1/2 cup light sour cream1 teaspoon ground cinnamon1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice1/2 teaspoon ground gingerGingersnap cookies, or apples, or carrot sticks for dipping. Calories not included.
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and confectioners' sugar until smooth. Beat in the pumpkin, sour cream, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice and ginger until blended. Serve with gingersnaps, apples, or carrot sticks.
