Trader Joe's whole wheat multigrain bread toastedEgg beatersArugulaSkinny Cow low fat sun-dried tomato cheese 1 triangleBalsamic vinegarfresh tomatoes
Directions
Toast bread.
Cook egg beaters or regular egg is cholesterol is not a problem.
Spread skinny cow cheese on toast.
Toss washed arugula with balsamic vinegar. Add to toast. Add eggs. Add sliced tomatoes.
