Healthy whole grain stuffing

4 slices of whole grain breadPam Cooking Spray1 small onion, diced1 cup diced celery1/4 cup Eggbeaters or other egg substitute1/2 cup chicken broth1-2 tbsp parsley chopped1 Tbsp Poultry Seasoning
Tear or cut bread into small pieces
Saute vegetables in cooking spray until tender.
Add eggbeaters, seasonings, parsley and chicken broth.
Combine ingredients
Put into a covered casserole dish, sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Bake at 350F, covered for 20-30 minutes.
