Extra lean turkey, loads of peppers, celery, onion with garlic, salt and pepper. Feel free to add other spices to enhance this recipe...Add more parmesan cheese to absorb the extra moisture.Mix 1/2 cup ketchup with 1/4 cup splenda - Brown Sugar with 1 tbsp of mustard, coat each individual meatloaf for an extra tasty delight!
Makes one meatloaf, or cook them in small individual bread trays (about 5). Cook at 350 for 35-40 minutes or until a crust forms, or the brown sugar mixture thickens.
