Raisin Pumpkin Bread Pudding

Ingredients
12oz day old bread cut into 1-inch cubes3/4c unpacked raisins4 eggs1c almond milk1 can (15 oz.) pumpkin3/4c firmly packed dark brown sugar1 tsp. vanilla1T Pumpkin Pie Spice20 Pecan Pieces crushed
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Place bread cubes and raisins in greased 13x9-inch baking dish.

Beat eggs, milk, pumpkin, brown sugar, pumpkin pie spice and vanilla with wire whisk until blended. Pour over bread stirring to coat bread evenly and then sprinkle with pecans.

Bake 45 min. or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

Serve with maple syrup if desired. (Not in NI)
