Thin sliced porkolive oilsoy sauceboil in bag brown ricemixed vegetables (frozen)Bean sproutswater chestnuts2 eggs
Cut pork into small pieces. Put in a measuring cup. Shake soy sauce over meat until covered. Let soak 10-15 min. In a large frying pan put in olive oil, get warm. Put in soaked pork. When pork is done, move to 1 side of pan. Add cooked rice, stir, add vegetables, stir well. Cook on low until vegetables are done.
