* *Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil, 24 tbsp (1 1/2 c) * Granulated Sugar, 4 cup * Egg, fresh, 16 large * Nutmeg, ground, 1.25 tsp * Cinnamon, ground, 1.5 tsp * Salt, 2 tsp * *100% Libby pure pumpkin, 3.5 cup (28oz can) * *Flour, white, 4.5 cup * Baking Soda, 3 tsp * Vanilla Extract, 3 tsp Mix oil, sugar, eggs and beat well. Add pumpkin and vanilla. Mix wellMix together flour, baking soda and spices and add to pumpkin mixture.Grease 2 large loaf pans with Cirsco (or Pam).Pour batter evenly between the 2 pans.Bake at 325 for one hour then at 300 for 30 minutes.Makes 2 loaves, 12 slices per loaf. Nutritional info per 1/2 slice.cool 20 minutes in loaf pans then cool cool on cooling racks
