Ingredients
Egg, fresh, 2 medium Onions, raw, 1 tbsp chopped Olive Oil, 1 tbsp Turmeric, ground, 0.25 tsp *Red Pepper Powder (Corse) - Wang, .25 tspSalt, 1 dash Coriander Leaves and green pepper chopped
Directions
Mix all the items in a bowl and add 2 eggs to it, mix the well. Add the oil to the pan and add the mixed egg batter to the hot pan. After couple of mins when it gets golden brown flip it. Serve it when both sides are brown.
