Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients
Two packages frozen broccoli blanchedOne package whole mushrooms slicedFresh garlic cloves minced or dicedLight cream cheese whole packageLight sour cream whole small tubTurkey stock 1 cupKosher salt a pinch
Directions
Blanch broccoli and set in casserole dish
Saute garlic and mushrooms
Add cream cheese, salt, and sour cream and stir
Add stock and mix until well blended and pour over broccoli in casserole dish
Sprinkle fried onions on top and bake until browned and heated through usually at 325 degrees
Makes 10 servings
