Crustless Pumpkin Pie

Contents = 15 oz can of pure pumpkin3/4 Cup of Splenda12 oz can of fat free evaporated milk1/2 Cup of fat free liquid egg substitute, like Egg Beaters2 tsp pumpkin pie spice (I increase this slightly for flavor)
Mix incredients together in bowl and mix thoroughly. Place in 8x8 baking dish that has been sprayed lightly with nonstick spray. Bake for 45 minuts. (It will remain a little soft, like the filling in pumpkin pie.) Can be served hot or cold. It holds together better when chilled. Cut into 9 servings.
