Ingredients
1 Keebler Reduced Fat Graham Cracker Pie Crust1 1-oz. pkg. Jell-O Brand Sugar/Fat Free Cheesecake Pudding1 12-oz. can Carnation 2% Evaporated Milk1 15-oz. can Libby's Pumpkin Puree4-oz. Philadelphia 1/3 Less Fat Cream Cheese4-oz. Cool Whip Free (from 8-oz. container)pumpkin pie spices to taste
Directions
Combine pudding mix and evaporated milk. Put in fridge. Mix cream cheese and pumpkin until well blended. Add pudding and mix well. Add pumpkin pie spices to taste. Gently fold in 4 ounces of Cool Whip Free and place in pie crust. Refrigerate for 2 hours to set. Cut into 8 equal servings. Enjoy!
