Rice a Roni Red Beans and Rice, Cooked using the "less Fat" and "stir-in idea" directions on the side of the boxJimmy Dean All natural Pork Sausage or other Pork sausage-- the 16 oz pkg yields 12 oz cooked. 1 cup+ Veggies, chopped finely. Green peppers, carrots, celery, onions... any! (veggies NOT figured in the calorie count.)
Cook and drain meat. I always rinse meat in colander to remove addional fat before adding to the beans and rice.
