Low calorie/sugar egg nog

1 C. egg beaters7 packets equal1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract2 C. fat free Half & Half2C. light plain Silk soy milk1C. fat free Reddi Whip canned whip cream nutmeg (optional) cinnamon (optional)
1. Beat Egg Beaters, Equal, & Vanilla in large bowl until mixture is well blended.
2. Add Half & Half, & soy milk, gradually, constantly whisking. Gently stir in Reddi Whip until well blended. Cover
3. Refrigerate several hours until chilled. Whisk before serving, sprinkle with nutmeg and cinnamon if desired.
Makes six 8 ounce (1 cup) servings.
Less than 1/2 the calories, 1/8 the fat and 1/3 the sugar of regular eggnog.
