Whole Food Chocolate Squares

Ingredients
1 cup chopped walnuts1/2 cup slivered almonds10 whole dates, chopped5 whole prunes, chopped1 tbsp honey or agave (optional)1/3 cup cocoa powder 1/2 tsp cinnamon1 tbsp olive oil1 tbsp almond butter1/4 cup applesauce 1 cup blackberries or raspberries
Directions
Preheat oven to 325F, grease an 8" square pan.
Place the walnuts and almonds in a food processor and process until they become a coarse flour.
Add the dates, prunes and honey and blend into the nuts.
Add cocoa, cinnamon, oil, almond butter and applesauce and pulse everything together to form a sticky blend.
Add the berries and pulse in, so that they are in pieces but not completely pureed.
Pour the mixture into the pan and bake for 40 – 50 minutes.
Cool completely before cutting
