Turkey A La King

Ingredients
3 tbsp margarine5 tbsp floursalt and pepper1 3/4 c chicken stock1 c canned mushrooms2 c diced leftover turkey breast3 bags boil-in-a-bag brown rice
Directions
Melt butter in a saucepan.
Whisk in flour and salt and pepper over medium heat
Pour in stock and heat until thickened.
Add in mushrooms and turkey and heat through.
In the meantime, cook 3 bags of brown rice in water according to directions.

Serve 1/2 c rice w/ 1/2 c turkey mixture - Makes 6 servings

For a heartier meal, double servings to make 3 1 cup servings. Don't forget to double the nutrition count!!
