Mushroom Walnut Loaf

Ingredients
3 Large Eggs3/4 cup Egg Substitue1.5 cup of chopped Mushrooms1.5 cup of chopped Broccolli1 cup of Chopped Walnuts2 cups cheddar cheese2 cups Cottage Cheese3Cups of Brown Rice
Directions
Very easy. Simply combine all ingredients in large bowl and combine. Transfer mixture into bread loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes. I use a small toaster oven so your time may vary. The picture is not mine, I grabbed it from another site.
